We are currently experiencing power outages at our schools and are working to get power restored. The students are safe and continuing classes. We expect that power may be out at home too, so we will plan to release students at our normal end of day. Phones may also be affected so please plan for our standard student pick up and bus rides. Vernon Reporter's School Board Candidate Forum:
The Vernon Reporter will be hosting a Viroqua School Board candidate forum at the Vernon Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building in Viroqua on Friday, March 22 at 5:30 p.m. The forum will feature four candidates running for two seats on the board. Incumbent candidates Angie Lawrence and Marina Abt, as well as new candidates Alicia Leinberger and Jesse Nelson.
